The Aruna service team ensures a maximum availability of the cleaning system. By remote maintenance, diagnostics and settings can be carried out within a short period.

Spare parts deliveries
With a high production integration and high stock availability, we are able to supply spare and wearing parts at any time. Orders arriving until 11:00 am can be delivered on the same day.
Customer service
The customer is contacted within 24h and the problem is discussed. When problems are reported between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm, contact is established on the same day. Except Saturday / Sunday and national bank holidays.
Service technician
Our well trained and flexible service team from Switzerland and Germany repair and maintain your machine in line with the newest standards and technologies. This gives you the reassurance that you can always rely on your machine.
